Frequently asked questions about StreakFree cloths.

• What is the cost of shipping and handling?

All shipping & handling cost will be located at checkout. Before you make or cancel your purchase you will see the total of the sale with s/h.

• How do I use my cloth?

Wet it, Wring it and wipe your cloth on any surface to clean.

• How do I clean my cloth once it is dirty?

Machine wash with bleach or detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Air dry only

• How can I purchase the StreakFree cloth?

  We accept Credit Cards and Checks through our website using Paypal. If you have an account with Paypal you can pay with you check. If you don't have an account with Paypal you can still pay, but only using a Credit Card.

• Why is the cost different on the web-site from the market where I purchased my cloth?

We have distributors all across the country that sell our product and use our logo and information. All prices at Markets are "Buy Now" prices that are only done at that time with the person that is selling the cloth.

• I don't want to order through the web-site.

NO checks, all checks will be returned.

• I'm having streaks with my cloth.

Once in a while it has been found that we can get debris left on your cloths from manufacturing. Please wash them in whites (detergent & bleach), Make sure they are rinsed properly and then resume use. Normal use, slightly dampen cloth with water and wipe any surface. Don't over dampen.

• What is your return policy?

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA#

No Refunds or Exchanges Will Be Made After 14 Days per post mailing date, for orders under $500.00, and 7 Days for orders over $501.00.

*Shipping and handling (S/H is not refundable, and buyer is responsible for the return shipping expenses, unless we made the mistake of shipping out the wrong item.)

If any of the above conditions are not met, StreakFree reserves the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 30% plus reimbursement of shipping charges.
